Guestrooms feature a contemporary layout and a palette of warm tones. From the streamlined dark wood platform bed to the private dining niche, from the spacious slate-tile and marble bathrooms to the flat screen TVs, every element has been selected or designed with the guests’ personal needs in mind.

Studios and Lofts offer all the guest-centric features of the Guestrooms plus a spacious living area, a full bottle wet bar and, in the Lofts, a private media room.

One Bedroom Apartments are designed in true residential style featuring a living room with separate bedroom, wet bar, dining area and spacious bathrooms.

Loft Penthouses represent the ultimate in luxury cosmopolitan living. Meticulous craftsmanship and uncommon spaciousness distinguish these magnificent 1,400-square-foot one- or two-bedroom accommodations. Striking a balance between active engagement and pure comfort, the formal living area features an oversize sectional sofa covered with mohair and down-filled cushions, a 42" flat screen television with satellite connection, and an Apple iBook-based entertainment system with full-suite surround sound. American modern classics like an Eames lounge chair complete the timeless look.

Customized meals from David Burke's Primehouse can be enjoyed in the comfortable dining area with seating for six. A generously sized spa-like bathroom enhances the luxurious loft’s residential feel and includes amenities ranging from his-and-hers sinks, a soaking tub with integrated flat screen television, and a mirror wall with cosmetic lighting to a separate rain shower with an elegant marble bench. Other natural materials like oiled walnut and carved solid teak wood complete the warm, welcoming ambience.

The Loft Penthouses, which debuted in May 2007, have received high acclaim from VIPs and celebrities for their exceptional comfort, warm modern design, and countless perks and luxuries.
