Good Morning everyone at the James!
We just wanted to send out a note to all of you to thank you for your incredible effort during our conference last week. By all accounts, the event was extremely well received by all attendees, and of course, we have all of you to thank for that. We were extremely impressed with the level of professionalism throughout the James organization -- from all levels, there was zero evidence that the hotel is only a few weeks old. Finally, if it was up to me (and I believe I'm speaking for everyone at BMO), I certainly hope to return for our 2007 conference this time next year -- a no-brainer from my end, as long as you are willing to put up with me a second time! (big assumption) But seriously, we hold extremely high expectations for our REIT conference, and I guess it is an understatement that I watch every detail. Yet the James easily surpassed our expectations. So on behalf of Paul Adornato, Karine MacIndoe, and the rest of our REIT research team, congratulations to all of you for getting the hotel off to a great start, and thanks again for your tireless help last week.
