Alex started her first lemonade stand when she was four after she was diagnosed with childhood cancer. Her plan: to give the money to doctors to help them find a cure. The Art of Aging: A Dry-Aging Experience

Discover a full access dry-aging experience, The Art of Aging. Enjoy a behind the scenes tour of our dry-aging room, followed by a seated dinner featuring the very cuts of prized beef observed during the tour, for an interactive experience that’s as delicious as it is revolutionary.

THE TOUR:
The experience begins with a personal chef-guided tour of the dry-aging room where a meat lovers dream becomes reality. A crash course, Steak-101, will be lead by the chef as you revel in racks of ribeye, sirloin, chuck, and various other meats aged anywhere from 28-75 days, with a select portion of cuts aged over 100 days. 

DINNER: 
Following the tour, you and your guests will be seated to a signature feast. Dinner begins with our famous caesar salad, prepared table-side and topped with white anchovies and crispy crab croutons, which are delicately folded into a bed of crisp romaine lettuce. Next, you'll be treated to the best of Primehouse, including a 40 day dry-aged ribeye, and a 30 day dry-aged porterhouse served alongside basil whipped potatoes and seasonal vegetables, which are sautéed in Primehouse’s “Beef Love", rounding out the ideal dining experience for steak suitors and foodies alike.
