    On the 16th floor, The James New York boasts a 1,300 sq.-ft. non-smoking Penthouse Loft, designed by world-renowned Dutch designer Piet Boon, whose work marries functional, timeless design and natural materials with distinguishing signature details. In the true Piet Boon tradition, the space is luxurious, airy, and inviting with bleached oak flooring and espresso stained millwork. The Penthouse includes commissioned artwork, dining room, wet bar, master bedroom, one full bathroom with a free-standing tub and a double shower, an additional half-bath for guests, and a grand living room showcasing expansive river views and Manhattan Bridges.

    State-of-the-art sound and lutron lighting systems allow for complete environment customization.

    The bedroom and bath are private sanctuaries. The five-fixture bath is furnished in white marble with a freestanding soaking tub that has inspiring city views. The bed is luxuriously dressed in the finest Fili d’Oro linens and a soft grey, leather upholstered headboard.
