We’re delighted to announce our partnership with Disruptive Restaurant Group. The leading restaurant company will manage all five of the hotel’s food & beverage concepts.

Located on the Sunset Blvd level, our signature restaurant Fi’lia will showcase James Beard Award – winning chef Michael Schwartz’s fresh approach to Italian food, with handmade breads and pasta, and emphasis on seasonal ingredients. Additionally, co-owner and cocktail visionary, Zachary Patterson of Melrose Umbrella Co. will be the mixology partner for the bar spaces.

The lobby bar, three meal café and the in room dining menu will all be concepts driven by award winning chef Chris Crary who brings a refined approach to food, and a seasonal style to his culinary art. Notably the debut of the elevated grab-and go marketplace will be incorporated into the hotel lobby and offer a relaxed and casual café environment.
