We Can't Wait For: Wild & The Moon

Good food that does good is the motto of Wild & The Moon founder, Emma Sawko.  The popular Paris eatery and “juicery” is expanding to New York City this fall (in the famous Saks Fifth Avenue building), joining a third outpost in Dubai. The first location in the United States, all menu items are organic and plant-based with minimal dairy and free of gluten, refined sugar, additives, GMOS and soy.

Healthy-minded New Yorkers can expect items such as crackers with vegetable pulp, almonds dipped into hummus with zaatar and sumac, soba salad (buckwheat noodles) dressed with avocado, kale, spinach, ginger, and sunflower seeds and a vegetable Japanese curry with whole grain rice. In addition to serving breakfast, lunch and dinner Wild & The Moon also has a wide selection of cold-pressed juices all created with seasonal ingredients.

And while exact design details are sparse, the Paris café is decked out with minimalistic white walls, wood tables and plenty of plants and succulents. We’re sure New Yorkers can expect a similar vibe.
