We’ve spent months joining together the leading holistic experts to bring an integrated, mindful experience to our guests, focusing on the physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional components of well-being.

In addition to curated in-room experiences, Four Bodies Wellness will also offer seasonal events and pop-ups incorporating the latest wellness classes and sessions across New York.

Led by Aerospace Co-Founder Michael Olajide, guests will have access to complimentary workout sessions on our in-room TVs, utilizing their own body strength. For guests who want a more physically intensive experience, aerobands with various resistances will be available on demand and in our fitness centers and suites.

Mental

Founded by Khajak Keledjian, INSCAPE merges tradition with technology to curate meditation and relaxation experiences, as well as of-the-moment technology. Guests will receive a complimentary one-month membership to the INSCAPE app and complimentary priority access to the Manhattan studio.

Spiritual

The modern face of Kundalini Yoga, Guru Jagat, shares her fresh perspective and insights with guests through complimentary guided yoga sessions available on the in-room TVs and complimentary priority access to RA MA Institute in Manhattan, designed with the conscious traveler in mind.

Emotional 

Curated by The Numinous founder Ruby Warrington, a ‘Readers on Room Service’ menu will be available for guests to book one-to-one sessions with various intuitive counseling elements such as: astrology birth chart readings, transformational coaching, tarot reading, hypnosis, reiki healing, and sound healing.
