Brigitte Bourdeau is a Certified Health Counselor and devoted yoga teacher. She is passionate about her work as a health practitioner as she feels she is able to help individuals improve their life energy and harmony. Brigitte received her training at Laughing Lotus yoga center and the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York City. She is certified by the AADP and Yoga Alliance, leads workshops on nutrition, yoga and offers individual or group health counseling to bring abundance to each individual and community that she is in touch with.

With almost 20 years of experience, Oscar Smith has successfully trained clients with every type of fitness goal. In addition to running his own Manhattan-based facility, O-Diesel Studio located at 1 York Street, his clientele includes Rosario Dawson, Amanda Bynes, David Blaine, Tom Brady, top model Petra Nemcova, Katharine McPhee, among others. Oscar Smith is available for guests to book a customized personal training session.
