Part of our Urban Wellness programming, The James regularly partners with Wellness Official to create an unparalleled yoga escape, the ultimate calming experience in the heart of the city. Classes are offered every Thursday from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

  2. Yoga from 8am - 9am

Classes are offered complimentary to hotel guests and must be reserved in advance by contacting the Concierge. Space is limited.
