Staying centered can be tough for any traveler, no matter how long or short the trip. For our new Four Bodies Wellness program, we tapped Guru Jagat, the modern face of kundalini yoga, to create a special series of yoga sessions that focus on spiritual well-being.

Kundalini yoga blends meditation, chanting, and breathing exercises that provide an uplifting, spiritual experience. In addition to the complimentary guided yoga sessions available on all in-room TVs, guests of The James NoMad also have complimentary priority access to the RA MA Institute in Manhattan.
